1. Participate in the company's product R & D and the establishment of various documents and specifications of production process;

Participate in the quality assurance of each stage from product development to mass production, formulate data collection requirements at different stages, analyze and count the data, be responsible for quality audit at each stage, track and supervise each stage from product development to mass production, and make continuous improvement;

3. Be responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of the company's quality system: revise and manage the company's quality system manual, procedure documents and records; Track and supervise the completion of the company's quality objectives; Organize management review and internal audit, check problems, cooperate with external audit, follow up and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive measures; Collect relevant laws and regulations of the quality system, and organize internal training in the implementation of quality manual and procedure documents;

4. Supplier quality management: formulate supplier quality management specifications, be responsible for supplier on-site quality analysis and judgment, make treatment decisions, and put forward corrective and preventive measures to ensure that production is carried out in a controlled and stable state; Assist suppliers to solve quality problems and guide suppliers to improve quality level;

5. Handling and improvement of customer feedback problems: be responsible for coordinating all parts and suppliers, timely analyzing the quality problems fed back by customers, and supervising and coordinating the progress of each department in solving quality problems;

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic manufacturing;

2. Have comprehensive knowledge of quality methods and systems (statistics, reliability, sampling and audit);

3. Be familiar with semiconductor packaging process flow and FA analysis means, have more than 5 years of working experience, and be able to analyze product quality data independently;

4. Be familiar with relevant contents of 8D report and output 8D report;

5. Strong organization and coordination skills, communication skills, summary and reporting skills;
